Laser Cut is a Great Cut | New Product!

 Shabby Fabrics Laser-Cut Applique Shapes

We have some awesome new products in Our Shop that we are excited to announce! Our new Laser-Cut Shapes are pre-fused to make appliqué quick and easy! No matter what your skill level is, these shapes are going to make your life so much easier. To use them all you have to do is simply lay out the shapes the way you want them on your block or project, iron them down, and BAM, you are good to go! Each shape has been cut using a laser so they are EXACTLY the same size and take the worry out of applique because you can be assured that your shapes will be precise every single time you use them for a project!


We are already offering these shapes in a variety of styles and sizes with many more to come! We have stars, hearts, butterflies, flowers and more, in bright colors, patterns, and prints that make them perfect for any project! It is easy to see that the possibilities are endless for any crafter or quilter of any skill level!

If you are thinking of using these shapes for your next sewing project we have a video tutorial showing 4 different techniques you can use when finishing the edges of your laser-cut appliqué:

For some crafting inspiration, Jennifer has created a couple of fun tutorials using our Valentine Hearts so you can create some cute home decor for the Day of Love!

In this first tutorial, Jen shows you how to create an adorable heart shaped table topper! We have the full kit available in Our Shop and it includes the pattern, top fabrics, laser cut hearts, binding, and backing!


The next tutorial is a quick and easy DIY project that only requires some of our laser-cut pre-fused appliqué shapes, an iron, and some string! Anybody can make these cute heart chains that are perfect for decorating a child's bedroom, a doorway, or anything else you can think of! Make them as long or as short as you want!

We will have more videos with inspiring tutorials using these new shapes on our YouTube channel so be sure to subscribe so you don't miss a thing!

  7. You've offered us such wonderful choices with the pre-cut fused shapes! I would love to make a baby quilt using butterflies and flowers! I think I'd go with 3" solid Daisies and print Butterflies in 2" & 3". I might also have to get some letters to spell out a name!

  65. Loooooove the Butterflies!! All the Sizes!!! lol Would be GREAT on a cool Summer Quilt! Would use the different sized Tulips for Table Topper for my Daughter!   83. So many ideas come to mind to use these adorable hearts! One is to sew them together and stuff them to hand on a Valentine tree on my mantle. Another idea is to applique them onto a quilt or table runner. I promise I'd put them to good use!
