Pre-Cut Friendly Patterns

We love pre-cuts! Do you love pre-cuts? They are so convenient and fun to use, who wouldn't love them?!
If you're not sure what I'm talking about, let me answer some questions that you may have: the term "pre-cut" refers to convenience fabric items that have been cut down to a certain size. Most of the pre-cut fabrics on the market today come from Moda Fabrics; an industry leader. They have perfected the art of providing precisely cutting fabrics to sizes which lend well to quilting. These come in a variety of sizes and all have fun names; the charm pack, jelly roll, layer cake, and more! These are cut to specific sizes; 5" squares, 2.5" strips, and 10" squares respectively. you can see our full selection of pre-cuts to learn more about all of the varieties!

Sometimes cutting and piecing a quilt can be so calming, almost meditative, but occasionally it is satisfying to have all of that work done for you! At Shabby Fabrics we have a great selection patterns that are a perfect match for pre-cuts.

Here is a small look at what we have to offer for all you pre-cut quilters out there:

Until next time,

  1. I love charm packs. You get so much bang for your buck! That Beribboned Quilt is gorgeous!

  2. I love fat quarters because you can get so many different types of cuts from them but layer cakes offer some prints from the whole line so they are my second favorite.
